NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed April 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-059601 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Pablo Rodriguez are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, Beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes May 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 4, block 13, unit 3, section 19, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, florida, according to the map or plat on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in plat book 26, page 24, public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
