Final Judgement was awarded on September 4, 2009 in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-012340, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. FOR THE BENEFIT OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK is the Plaintiff, and PHARILIEN SAINTIL, VIERGELA L. SAINTIL; CURRENT TENANTS AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court Charlie Green, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on 21 day of May, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 24, LEHIGH ESTATES, Unit 2, Section 31, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, Florida, according to the Map or Plat on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 15, at Page 82, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty 60 days after the sale.
