That certain Condominium Parcel described as UNIT NO. D-203, PHASE III, MAIDSTONE CONDOMINIUM, and as an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of MAIDSTONE CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 5645, Pages 226 through 325, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 72, Pages 55 through 60 and amended in Condominium Plat book 73, Pages 105 through 108, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Rayboun, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1953 Thomasville Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32303, within thirty (30) days of the first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
