Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case Number 09-010580 CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-66 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-66 is the Plaintiff, and MARIA L. MATOS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 21 AND 22, KNIGHTS ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of July, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
