NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-1817-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS as indenture trustee for the registered holders of SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and Etta P. Williams a/k/a Etta Pearl Williams, Sherman Acquisition Limited Partnership, as assignee and purchaser, and Courtney Williams, are Defendant. The Clerk of Court for Pinellas County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 17th day of May 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 155 feet of Lot 22, Revised Plat of Mr. & Mrs. George C. Prather's Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 47, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 1735 Dayton Street South, Saint Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
