NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-008662-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JANICE M WINFIELD, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST, JANICE M. WINFIELD A/K/A JANICE MARIE WINFIELD , DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WILLIAM M. BOOK 4902, PAGE 484, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4915, PAGE 6; O.R. BOOK 5661, PAGE 770; O.R. BOOK 7187, PAGE 1502; AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 29-32, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
