D/B/A AEGIS HOME EQUITY - A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; SEASIDE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A EVAN VAN DORSTEN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE VAN DORSTEN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on May 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
