NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-018354, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N A is the Plaintiff and ZULAY J RODRIGUEZ A/K/A ZULAY RODRIGUEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; SUPERIOR PRODUCTS & GENERAL CONTRACTING, INC.; YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE CONDO ASSN., INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZULAY J RODRIGUEZ A/K/A ZULAY RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of May, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
