NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522008CA018533, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL E. MATTHEWS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL E. MATTHEWS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK A, BRICKETTS, C.E., ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H3, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
