NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-1652-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Summerdale Townhomes at Countryside Property Owners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and William Ray Harrington, Kathryn A. Harrington, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. and Navy Federal Credit Union are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 1, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, SUMMERDALE TOWNHOMES AT COUNTRYSIDE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 123, Pages 23 through 25, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
