Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660, facsimile (813) 915-0559, within thirty days of the first publication of this Notice, the nature of this proceeding being a suit for foreclosure of mortgage against the following described property, to wit:
The West 35 feet of Lot 188, and the East 25 feet of Lot 189, of BRUNSON'S NO. 4 ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 73, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, in Section 13, Township 31 South, Range 16 East, less the following described portion: Begin at the Northwest corner of the East 25 feet of Lot 189; thence South 89º57'47” East, 30 feet; thence South 7º32'47” West, 128.30 feet; thence North 89º57'47” West, 13.02 feel; thence North 0º03'53” West, 127.20 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
