NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522007CA012822XXCICI / 07012822CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LEROY G. LEWERENZ A/K/A LEROY LEWERENZ A/K/A LEE LEWERENZ A/K/A LEROY GORDON LEWERENZ, DECEASED; NORWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; ROBERT J. ANDRINGA, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LEROY G. LEWERENZ A/K/A LEROY LEWERENZ A/K/A LEE LEWERENZ A/K/A LEROY GORDON LEWERENZ , DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 16th day of May, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2 AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE NORWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 23 AND 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5027, PAGE 163 AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5130, PAGE 1949, BOTH OF THE SAID PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
