NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 21, 2012 in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-016207, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA), is the Plaintiff, and, CARLO A APPUGLIESE A/K/A CARLO APPUGLIESE; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on May 21, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30 OF CRYSTAL ISLAND SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE(S) 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
