NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-13724-CI-011 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY G. MURCIN AND MELINDA MURCIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” N/K/A WILLIAM MURCIN RESIDING AT 3244 39TH STREET NORTH, ST.PETERSBURG, FL 33713; are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the 1ST day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, LESS THE SOUTH 9 FEET THEREOF AND LOT 20, LESS THE NORTH 34 FEET THEREOF, PAYSON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
