Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on April 19, 2012, the Clerk will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit Nos. 1 through 12, inclusive, and Unit 14, BEACH PLAZA APARTMENT MOTEL, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 86, Page(s) 93 and 94, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6061, Page 62, et seq. public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
