NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 18, 2012, in case number 10-CA-9333-CI-021, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein IberiaBank, as successor in interest to Century Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Victoria Palms, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, RE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and CITY OF DUNEDIN, a Municipal Corporation, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of May, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, as set forth in the said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Parcel 1:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 28, south, Range 15 Eat, Pinellas County, Florida: Thence South 89° 25' 14” East, 33.00 feet; thence South 00° 22' 41” West, 460.97 feet, for a P.O.B. Thence South 00° 22' 41” West, 182.93 feet to the North line of Lyndhurst Street, thence South 89° 24' 24” East along the North line of Lyndhurst Street, 138.80 feet; thence North 00° 22' 41” East, 182.93 feet, thence North 89° 24' 24” West 138.80 feet to the Point of Beginning, LESS road right of way and also LESS that portion deeded to the City of Dunedin, a municipal corporation by Quit Claim Deed recorded in O.R. Book 4939, page 1141, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Lot 62, COLONIAL VILLAGE THIRD ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 96, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Addresses: Parcel 1 - Vacant Lot at the North East corner of Douglas Avenue and Lyndhurst Street, Dunedin, Fl 34698 and Parcel 2 is 661 Lyndhurst Street, Dunedin, FL 34698.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
