NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2012, and entered in Case No.52-2009-CA-015620 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC., TRUST 2007-HE5, is Plaintiff and John Reed, Unknown Spouse of John Reed, United States of America, and Somerset Lakes Neighborhood Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 18th day of May 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3, SOMERSET LAKES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 12402 84th Way North, Largo, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
