NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of April , 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-01937-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ST. TROPEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and HEIDI WHITMIRE is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit No. 64, of St. Tropez Condominium IV, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 48 thru 50, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5809, at Pages 935 thru 1022, and the amendment there to recorded in Official Records Book 6985, Page 1436 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida., together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
