NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2012, and entered in 2010-9095-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE7, is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN MINTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN MINTON N/K/A GREGG MINTON; THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May, 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 315A, THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAY WATCH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12663, AT PAGES 1378 THROUGH 1560, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
