A strip of land bounded on the West by Parcel A described below; bounded on the South by the easterly extension of the South boundary of Parcel A described below; and bounded on the North by the Easterly extension of the North boundary of Parcel B below; and bounded on the East by an existing Sea Wall along Clearwater Harbor lying East of and parallel to Parcel A described below:
Parcel A:
Lot Four (4), in Block 271 of Carlouel Subdivision, according to the plat of said Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 20, pages 60, 61 and 62 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel B:
That part of the Lot Four (4) and Five (5) in Block 171 and of “Water Lot No. 1”, according to a Replat of Blocks 65, 66, 61, 72, 73, 74 and 75, of Mandalay, as recorded in flat Book 20, pages 57 of said records, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of the above defined Lot Four (4), in Block 271 of Carlouel, and running thence N. 55 degrees 54' 30” E., along its Northerly boundary and an Easterly projection of said boundary, 213 .84 feet to the sea-wall along Clearwater Harbor; thence N. 1 degree 11' 30” W., 6.2 feet along said sea-wall; thence S. 59 degrees 47' 38” W., 218.3 feet to the Easterly boundary of Mandarin Way; thence S. 35 degrees 48' 30” E., 20 feet along Mandarin Way to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you, last known officers, directors or shareholders of Carlouel Company, a dissolved Florida company, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on R. Carlton Ward, whose address is Richards, Gilkey, Fite, Slaughter, Pratesi & Ward, P.A., 1253 Park Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, on or before May 25, 2012, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
