TO: ROBERT SEVERANCE;
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit A-305, Building A, RUSTLEWOOD CONDOMINIUM PHASE IV, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4665, Page 132, and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
more commonly known as 2650 Countryside Boulevard #A305, Clearwater, Florida 33761.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon LEONARD J. MANKIN, PA, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2535 Landmark Drive, Suite 212, Clearwater, FL 33761, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
