Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 10006190CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series ARSI 2006-M3 is the Plaintiff, and KIMBERLY ENGELHARDT, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT: LOT 21, BLOCK 57, LEWIS ISALND, SECTION 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS REORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of June, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
