Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 501-E of Three Palms Pointe, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4242, Page 1754, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page 51, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Clerk of Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on 16 day of May, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
