NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause of action in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida:

Commence at the southeast corner of Section 13, Township 33 South, Range 21 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence N 01°45'11'' W, along the east line of said Section 13, a distance of 930.63 feet to a point; thence N 89°59'41” W, 100.00 feet to the west right-of-way line of State Road Number 39; thence N 01°45'11” W, along said west right-of-way line, a distance of 1490.06 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue N 01°45'11” W, along said west right-of-way line, a distance of 352.99 feet; thence N 89°43'15” W, 2469.73 feet; thence S 01°47'03” E, 353.00 feet; thence S 89°43'15” E, 2469.53 feet to the point of beginning.
