NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April, 2012, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein Vincent Jason Raburn, Ashlei Raburn, Iberiabank, As Successor in Interest To And As Assignee Of The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Receiver of Century Bank, FSB, Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, Tenant #4, Tenant #5, and Tenant #6 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of May, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:

LESS approximately 5 feet for road Right-of-Way along the Northern portion of the above- described 3 parcels, more particularly described in the Deed to Manatee County recorded in O.R. Book 1166, Page 392, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
