NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003862, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and VICTOR M. LEMA; MARIA L. INEZ-LEMA A/K/A MARIA I. INES-LEMA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE SUBPHASE K, A/K/A LAUREL VALLEY, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 26 THRU 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
