Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 3, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 169, OAK VIEW, PHASE III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 21 THROUGH 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 2834 22ND STREET E, PALMETTO, FL 34221; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on MAY 15, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
