BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and PARTHENIA LEE A/K/A PARTHENIA V. LEE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55 AND THE NORTH 22.0 FEET OF LOT 56, BLOCK “B', REPLAT OF PERRY PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
