MARTIN, JR, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 7, Block A, Beverly Heights Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 77, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of September, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
