NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009CA000310 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff and DAVID M. COZAD AND ZOILA A. COZAD; JOHN DOE AND MARY DOE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as nominee; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of MAY, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22 SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE C UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 53 THROUGH 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
