NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002408, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and GARTH WALBURN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OFGARTH WALBURN; MEREDITH A. SCHELL; ELIZABETH W. SCHELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF 21ST STREET EAST AND THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 91.79 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE CONTINUE S. 00° 55'05” E ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 90.14 FEET; THENCE N. 89°54'41”E, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINES OF SAID LOT 1 AND LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 107.27 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE N 00°18' 46” W., ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 90.02 FEET; THENCE S. 89°58'10” W., A DISTANCE OF 108.23 FEET TO THE POINT OF THE BEGINNING.
