BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and GARTH WALBURN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OFGARTH WALBURN; MEREDITH A. SCHELL; ELIZABETH W. SCHELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; are defendants.
