LOT 13, BLOCK E, BROOKSIDE ADDITION TO WHITFIELD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
