NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-007602-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MOLLY KINSEY A/K/A MOLLY K KINSEY AKA MOLLY KIERNAN KINSEY; CLASSIC TOWNHOMES OF TAMPA BAY II, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; LONGLEAF NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of May, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 36, LONGLEAF NEIGHBORHOOD THREE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 127-150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
