Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of May, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., through the Courthouse of Pasco County, Florida at www.pascorealforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
LOT 112, BLOCK E, NORTHWOOD, UNITS 4B AND 6B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 55-57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-10704 ES, Section J1 entered on April 22, 2010 in the Circuit Court in Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
