NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 5, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-005543ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. 2006-NC2, Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates Series 2006-NC2, Plaintiff and SONIA HAYLES, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11 AM , May 21, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
