NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09CA7374WS (J3), of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and DESPINA SANCHES A/K/A DESPINA NIKIFORAKIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DESPINA SANCHES A/K/A DESPINA NIKIFORAKIS IF ANY; ANDREW NIKIFORAKIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW NIKIFORAKIS IF ANY, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. LOT 146 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SPRING LAKE ESTATES, UNIT FOUR, BEING A PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 169 SPRING LAKE ESTATES, UNIT THREE, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 168, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN ALONG THE SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 169, SOUTH 0 DEGREES 20`10” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 220 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREE 40`15” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 89 DEGREES 40`15” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 70 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 20`10” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 85 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 40`15” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 20`10” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 85 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THE SOUTH 6 FEET THEREOF BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND/OR UTILITIES.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
