Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Commence at the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence run East 250.35 feet to the East right-of-way line of the Seaboard Air Line Railway, thence run North 1°26' West, along said East right-of-way line, 403.92 feet to Point of Beginning, thence run North 83°14' East 240.71 feet to the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 301 as now established, thence run Northwesterly along said West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 301 a distance of 108.825 feet, thence run in a Southwesterly direction, 218 feet, more or less, to a point of on the East boundary line of the right-of-way of said Seaboard Air Line Railway, said point bearing North 1°26' West, and being a distance of 95.295 feet from the Point of Beginning, thence run South 1°26' East along said East Seaboard Air Line Railway right-of-way, a distance of 95.295 feet to The Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on May 29, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
