NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000512WS DIVISION J2, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA7 is Plaintiff and COURTNEY FRANCIS, individually and as Trustee of the 8700 Trust dated November 30th, 2004, and; ________ FRANCIS, unknown spouse of COURTNEY FRANCIS, if married; JOHN DOE and; JANE DOE; CRYSTAL VALLEY, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC., acting solely as nominee for AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; PAUL SELLARS ROOFING, INC.; TIMBER OAKS COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, SANCLEMENTE VILLAGE, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 135-137 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
