ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-25 is the Plaintiff and SUSIE GOMEZ; ELIEZER BAEZ-CORREA; WATERGRASS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIEZER A BAEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on May 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
