Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2010 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-001544-WS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and DAVID M. GIGUERE, ET AL the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 988, PALM TERRACE GARDENS, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
