LYNCH; LAUREN A. LYNCH; SAND PEBBLE POINTE III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAND PEBBLE POINTE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHARLES CRAWFORD are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on May 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
