NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 11, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001710 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ERNESTO DELAOSA; DIANA MARIA RINCON; ELIZABETH SANTANA; FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA); STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK 164, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 117 THROUGH 123 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
