NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 30th day of January, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-02042-CC, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which DUNCAN HAWKES and HAYLEY HAWKES, are the Defendants, and RIVER OAK PLANTATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. E-4, Phase II of RIVER OAK PLANTATION, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 844, Page 1395, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
