notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-006334 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of July 1, 2006 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-FR3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-FR3, Plaintiff and Alan W. Law and Susan K. Law, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on May 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 28, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
