NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004860 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFMBS 2004-O is the Plaintiff and WARREN LEE SEGRAVES A/K/A WARREN L. SEGRAVES; VANESSA SEGRAVES; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
