Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-2724-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, that I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit A-202, Crescent Gardens, a condominium together with the pro rata interest in the Common Elements and Common Property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of Crescent Gardens, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 1714, at page 220, et seq., and amended and restated in O.R. Book 3403 at Page 2372, of the public records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
