notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-004933 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Mary G. Stricker and Harvey Barry Stricker a/k/a H. Barry Stricker a/k/a H.G. Stricker, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on May 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 104, BUILDING 3, WIGGINGS LAKES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1551, PAGE 776, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
