Unit 307 E OF COUNTRY CLUB MANOR, UNIT E, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 604 AT PAGES 1110 THROUGH 1148, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE AS TO THE APARTMENT INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS RESERVED FOR EACH APARTMENT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
