NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007906, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and OMAR ALANI, LAUREL LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OMAR ALANI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOBNH ALANI N/K/A LANA LUBNA ALANI A/K/A LANA LUBNA ALANI N/K/A LANA LUBNA ALANI and LOBNH ALANI N/K/A LANA LUBNA ALANI A/K/A LANA LUBNA ALANI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 17th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 96, BLOCK H, LAUREL LAKES PHASE THREE AT LAURELWOOD, A PUD ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 8 THROUGH 10, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
