NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001577, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DOLORES MAYTS, THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, TUSCANY COVE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 16 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BLOCK A, LOT 235, TUSCANY COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
